Gran Canaria, Diciembre 2015 — Ropa vieja is a traditional Canary dish made mainly with stewed beef or chicken, chopped or shredded, chickpeas, onion, peppers, tomato, potatoes and garlic. A variation of a proper stew. Ita��s one of those dishes that has many versions. Wea��ll not find two identical such stews. It can be served as a tapa or as a main dish.
